Shining ètoile (7)

Happy summer break to you all, enjoy ❤️❤️

--

We hopped off, when we entered the boutique; it was FULL of people, they were about 60? I really didn't count them.
“The hell!” I said.
“Aish ha4a,” Rana said.
I just turned around and rushed to the car, I thought Rana followed but she really didn't.
WHERE THE FUCK DID SHE GO! I couldn't go back to the boutique; yet I needed to. 3 minuets passed and she's still out of sight. 4, 5, 6 minuets and she's not here yet! I hopped off, and rushed to the boutique, when I opened the door, I found Rana yelling at a lady in her late 20s, I stood in shock,
“ENTI MJNOONA? T3RFEN ELY SWAITEEH MOMKEN WAIN YWDEEK? HA4I LW TRF3 ESMA3A 3LA AY A7D R7TI B,STEEN DAHYA!” Rana yelled.
I pulled Rana, she looked at me, and I said, “let's go Rana, we aren't talking to such a careless person.” We walked outside. Essam came to me.
“Ma'am is anything wrong? Do we need to go in?” Essam said.
“No, we dealed with them.” I said. We hoped in the car and Rana asked the driver to go to my house.
“Rana, please don't do such a thing again. You really don't know what it will cause you. And I'm sorry about what happened.” I said.
“Shd3wa Lily, it isn't your problem. Never apologize for a thing ma kan bydk,” Rana said.
“Allah ya54ha mn 3baya ist'3frallah, 5la9 Ana aro7 ay mkan elyoum ajeebli.” I said
“La wallah ma yjeebha ela Ana, elyoum 3l,m'3rb k4a ajeebhum,” Rana said
“Aw Rana you're such a sweet heart person, bs ma tg9ren Ana ajeebli wallah a3rf:(” I said
“Adri enk t3rfeen bs mabi y9eerlk nfs ely 9ar elyoum,” she said. “5la9 7lft,” she added
“Hufff:( shukran marh,” I said.
“3fwn,” she smiled.
In no time, we arrived to the house,
“Ed5li 5l,nshof movie aw shay,” I said
“La la, al7een obok yje,” Rana said
“Amanah Rana, baba gal ma yje ela b3d 7, please Rana wallah bl,bait ma feeh a7d, w aunt muneera 6al3aa, sm3ti el guard twa shgal,” I said. “I'm so home alone:(” I added.
“Huff 7znteeni,” Rana said
“Yallah Yallah,” I said
“Bs sa3teen nshoof movie w a6l3,” rana said
“Okie dokie,” I said.
We hopped off, and went inside the villa.
“Bjeeb moya tbeen?” I said.
“Ee please,” she said. I let her sit in the guests room, and I went to the kitchen. I swear seconds later I heard Rana screaming, I ran back to her I found her standing on the sofa, and looking at the ground, I looked down to find fluffy grey cat. I leaned down and picked her up.
“From where did she come?” I asked
“Mdri mdri bs 6l3eeha 3n wjhi amanah,” Rana said. She was panicked.
“She's a cat dude-.-” I said and took her to the kitchen to ask the maids.
“It belongs to whom?” I asked, and one maid turned.
“It belongs to Hala, give me let me take her upstairs.” She said as she stretched her arms. I gave her the cat, then washed my hands. I took two bottles of water and went back to the guests room.
“What kind of movies do you want to watch?” I asked Rana.
“Hmm ay shay, not a big fan of romantic movies though,” she said.
“The hunger games?” I said
“Yallah okay, I didn't watch it,” Rana Said
“Neither me,” I said. “I will get my laptop,” I said and rushed upstairs.
I took my MacBook and rushed downstairs, for a second I realized that I don't know the password, I called my father and he said that it's his name with Li at the end. How cute :( I downloaded the movie and while we were watching it, I heard someone calling my name.
“Give me a second,” I said as I stopped the movie.
“Take your time,” Rana said.
When I left the room I found aunt muneera standing in the reception hall.
“Hey auntie,” I said as soon as I saw her.
“Halla Lily, waink” she said.
“Ashof movie with Rana hena,” I said and pointed at the guests room.
“sh5bark elyoum ma shftk youm 6l3ti,” she said
“Ee l2n wdait Saleh b3dain 6l3t b3dha m3 Rana,” u said.
“Yallah yumma 54o ra7tkom w skro elbab, 3shan e4a jw e5wank ma yz3joonkom,” she said
“Okay, bs mta byje baba?” I asked
“Elyoum obok 3ndh 3zeema, byje ybdl w y6l3.” She said.
“Ahh, okay,” I said.
“Tboon shay? Broo7 ashoof el'3da” she said
“La shukran,” I said
“Lw tbeen shay el5dm klhom t7t amrk,” she said and gave me a kiss on the cheek then made her way to the kitchen. I froze in my place for a second then I shrugged my shoulders and went back to Rana. I found her talking on the phone.
“Ee,” she said
“5la9 3,sa3a 5 amr a54hom w ashoof,” she said
“Yallah m3 eslamah shukran 7beebti,” she said and hung up.
“Nkml?” I asked
“Honestly, 6fsht mnh mo my type abdn,” Rana said
“Okay 3adi,” I said
“esm3i bs2lk,” Rana said.
“Hala,”
“Enti tbeen 3baya b,colors wajd wela shwy bs,” Rana asked as she took her water bottle.
“It doesn't matter, ahm shay 7lwa,” I said.
Suddenly we heard someone singing.
“Bsmellah mn 4e,” Rana said
I rushed outside, I found Farah singing.
“Farah!!!!” I said.
“Anti leeh hena?”
“Low your voice, Rana is here,” I said
“Amanah, sorry sorry,” Farah said and rushed upstairs.
I went back to Rana,
“Yallah Ana bmshi,” Rana said
“whyyy,” I said.
“Wallah 6wlt marh, Yallah nshoofk greeb,” Rana said and we kissed cheeks. I walked her to the door. I closed the door, when I turned around I found aunt muneera staring at me.
“What?” I said
“Btt'3dain?” She asked
“No thanks,” I said.
“Leeh?” She asked.
“Wallah I cant, anyways I will go to walk, I didn't exercise today,” I said.
“Feek shay enti 3shan tmsheen?” she said
“Auntie I'm a celebrity I need to stay fit all the time.” I said
“Mdri wsh tgoulen, bs Yallah t'3di b3dain emshi w swi ely tbeen,” she said.
“Mabi,” I said.
“Mamaaaa waink Yallah nbi nakl,” Farah shouted from the dining room.
“Yallah Lily,” aunt muneera said.
I sighed and walked with her. Me, Farah, hala, Saleh, and aunt muneera  gathered around the table. they had kabsa for lunch, and I had burgers, because I don't eat kabsa.
“Mama mabi rz,” Saleh said. “Abi zay Lily,” he added.
“Mama shfeeh el,rz?Afwd w a7san mn burger,” aunt muneera said.
“Mabi mabi," he was about to cry.
“You can have mine,” I said as I gave him my plate.
“Wallah?” He said, and I nodded.
“La la, Lily 54eeh Ana mabi yakl hl,ashya mo zaina lh,” aunt muneera said.
“Mama please gouli lhom yswon le, Ana ma54 7g Lily,” Saleh said.
Suddenly, Abdulaziz came in.
“Slaam,” he said
“W 3laikom esalam,” we all replied.
“Shfeekom,” Abdulaziz asked as he kissed his mother's forehead.
“I want a burger but mama says no,” Saleh said
“Awl marh ashof a7d yshoof kabsa w ygoul abi burger,” Abdulaziz said
“Leeh bs Lily, Ana abi b3d" Saleh said.
“Take mine, I'm not going to eat it either ways.” I said
“Ya Lily, 5le aklk lk w kleh,” aunt muneera said
“Aziz goul l,mama abi burgers,” Saleh said
“Kl rz bl,lail awdeek takl burger,” Abdulaziz said.
“Wallah?” Saleh said
Abdulaziz nodded, and Saleh's smile grew wider.
We all ate, then I went to wash my hands. When I was washing my phone rang, I saw the id caller she was my mom. I let a sigh out and picked it up.
“Bonjour Maman,” I said
Translation: good morning mom.
“Bonjour,” mom said.
“How are you?” She asked
“I'm fine,” I said.
I walked to the garden, even though the weather was burning hot, but I didn't want anyone to hear me.
“When you are coming back?” Mom asked.
“In 3 weeks maybe, I really don't know.” I said
“I miss you,” she said
“I miss you too, I said
“Baby, I need to go,!” She said.
“Bye Maman, je t'aime,” I said.
“Me too,” she said, “I will talk to you in couple of hours; I promise.” she said and we both hung up.
I never knew or expected that my mom will ever break a promise she made for me. It really shattered my heart so much, it made it ache, I cried so many nights after that day. Bit confused? Let me explain more.
The same day, at 6:00 PM I was in my room, getting ready cause we needed to go and buy stuff for hala's party. I was fixing my hair when Farah opened the door, her face colors were changing.
“What's wrong Farah?” I said as I rushed to her. She just wrapped her arms around my waist.
“I'm sorry Lily,” Farah said.
“Wait wait for what?” I said as I pushed her away from me.
She looked at me and ran to her parents room, I followed her, she opened their door, I found aunt muneera about to cry, and Dad was giving me his back. He turned around when he saw me, he came to me and said “Lily, we need to talk,” he said. We walked to my room, and sat on the edge of the bed.
“Lily, you believe what ever happens in your life is the best for you, right?” Mu dad said
“Baba, get to the point,” I said.
“I really don't know how I can tell you this, but your mother had a really bad car crash, and the chance of her living is 10%“ he said.
I looked at him, blinked couple of times, then laughed hysterically.

Shining ètoile (6)

(A/N: This will be the last chapter for the next three weeks due to the finals as most of you or let me say all of you know, thank you for understanding)
Enjoy ❤️

--

I wore back my Miu Miu shades and went to the car. I hopped in just like a queen.
“Anwar, bait,” I said.
“Okay,” and he drove back home.

When I arrived, the gate guard opened the gate, and anwar stopped by the main entrance, another guard opened the door and I hopped off.
I went to my room to change so I can out with Rana, it was 7:30 already. as soon as I opened the door I found a maid cleaning,
“Good morning,” I said, she just smiled and continued her work. I threw my shades, phone and bag on the nightstand, I took off my shoes and hanged my abaya. I stood front of the closet to see what I can wear, after about 10 minuets of staring I decided to wear Alexander McQueen sleeveless white shirt, with a ripped boyfriend jeans. After I took out my clothes, I decided to wave my hair, I took the hair curler and started to wave, I went with big waves so it looks more natural, after that I applied some makeup, I had cat-eyes eyeliner, huda beauty lashes, I contoured my nose a bit to make it look more sharp and pointy. I wore my clothes, I wore CH earrings, Cartier ring, Rolex hand-watch, and on the other hand I wore a bracelet with pure 3 diamonds That I took from Munich few months ago. I matched them Giuseppe Zanotti Gold and black sneakers; then I spread perfume, took my Balenciaga  limited edition black bag and I was ready. I checked my phone to find a text from Rana,
"I will be there in 10 minuets," sent 6 minuets ago.
I replied with
“When you arrive call my Saudi number 05********"
I went downstairs and waited in the reception hall, after I called my father telling him that I'm leaving in a bit.
About 4 minuets later a Saudi unknown number called my Saudi number, I picked it up.
“Alo” I said
“hi, Ana Rana astnak barra,” Rana said.
“Okay,” I said and hung up.
I went outside, and I found rana's car parked, I hopped in.
“Hey,” I said as we kissed cheeks.
“ahln,” she said
“Here's the abaya,” she said.
I wore the abaya; “wain tbeen nroo7?” She asked/
“Ay shay, ma3rf mkan,” I said.
“Akram ru7 t7lya,” she ordered her driver.
The driver drove off, and the guards drove behind us. We were chatting until the driver cut us off, “madam Rana. Fe Sayara yje wra Ana kolo 6reeg,” he said.
We both looked back and we found the guards car, “meen hathoul,” Rana said
“Those my guards,” I said, “no worries I will tell them to go back home,” I added.
“La 3aadi, bs est'3rbt,” she said. “Akram ha4a syarah 7g Lily,” she told the driver.
“sorry, but I can't go anywhere without them, they're a must,” I said feeling ashamed.
“No worries Lily,” Rana said.
“Madam wain roo7?” Akram said.
“Hmmm, roo7 Tao,” she said.
“Are my guards allowed to come in,? You know for safety,” I asked
“Wait I will call them,” she said
She dialed a number, seconds later the other person picked it up,
“Eslamu 3laikom” she said
“Ee o5oy knt bs2l, Ana jaya al7een w m3i Lily alflani fashion designer,”
“ee ee hy,”
“knt bs2l, ynf3 guards yd5loon? For safety?” She asked
“Okay, thank you so much, we are coming in 7 minuets.” She said and hung up.
“They're allowed to come in,” she said.
“Thank you, w sorry lw az3jk elw'63,” I said.
“Shd3waa,” she said.
In no time, we arrived. The driver parked the car, and guards opened the door, we hopped off, and made our way to the restaurant, we tiptoed and the guards did too.
“welcome to Tao miss Lily,” the guy welcomed us.
I smiled, and Rana did too.
“Follow me please,” the guy said and we did. We sat on a table that it had a curtain, we sat and he gave us the menus. Closed the curtain and the guards stood outside.
“Kent 3adi amout mn el7r,” I complained.
“Welcome to burning Riyadh Lily,” Rana said as she laughed.
We opened the menu and each one chose a coffee and a dish. I was sure that I won't complete my food; but what? It looked so yummy. About 10 minuets later the food came.
“So, shoufi b3d this bnrou7 njeeb lk 3baya then do whatever you want.” Rana said.
“Okay, but I need elegant abayas.” I said, “I need at least 4 abayas for now,” I added.
“No worries, shufi bwreek accounts w enti e5tari,” Rana said.
She sat next to me and I choose about 5 abayas, I contacted the designers, twl abayas will be ready in five hours and the others tomorrow morning. After we finished eating, we really didnt know where to go, “ha centria 3shanh jnb m7l w7da mn el3bayat?” Rana said
“Okay Yallah,” I said we called the garçon to bring the bill. When he brought it, we had that fight over who will pay the bill.
“Listen, I'm doing this this time, please” I said as I pulled the bill from her
“No no, enti '6aifa,” she said.
“I've got an idea, half by half?” I said
“Okay!!” She said
She placed cash and I placed my credit card. We gave it to the garçon. A while later he came to me so I can write my password, I whispered to his ear, “I will pay for all,” he nodded, changed the price and I paid; I gave Rana her money back, she was so pissed.
“Lily!!! Are you kidding me?” “We said half by half,” she said
“Next time you pay for me;” I said
“Promise?” She said
“A pinky promise,” I said as I extended my pinky. We made a pinky promise. Afterwards, we took our bags and stood up to leave, when Rana opened the curtain, we found about 10 people standing.
“Shit!!!” I said, as I lowered my head.
“Rana call your driver we need to leave as soon as possible, and cover your face. ” I said.
“Okay okay,” she covered her face and called him. We started to walk, 2 guards behind and one front. We walked as soon as fast as we can and finally left the restaurant. Suddenly a girl came to me,
“Pleasee only one picture please,” the girl begged.; I looked at Rana then back at the girl.
“Okay only one,” I said.
She, and 2 other girls and me stood and posed for a photo, a guy took a picture.
“Thank you thank you,” she said I smiled and hopped in the car. The guards hopped in theirs and we drove as fast as we can.
“I'm sorry for what happened,” I said.
“No problem,” Rana said.
“Listen Rana, paparazzi are crazy, they can do anything. So I suggest you to cover your face all the time, and I will call my father to send us another car, so no one can follow us everywhere we go,” I said.
“Hmm okay, bs don't change the car no need for that. I have a smart driver.” Rana said
“As you like," I said.
”madam ween rouh?” Akram said.
“Centria Akram,” Rana ordered him.
“Akram, ay syara '3air ha4a 2 Sayara kbeer yje wara e7na '6y3 please,” Rana said.
“Okay madam,” he said.
“Rana, I need your help!” I said.
“Aish?” She said
“See this email, those are all the events I'm invited to, and i will attend to only two of them,” i said.
I gave her my phone.
“Bs ma adri aish aroo7, shrayek?” I asked.
“Shufi I know this boutique and it's really nice, I know the owner personally she's amazing,” she said. “And go to the LV new collection release,” she added.
“You think so?” I asked.
“Hmm yeah,” she said. “A7s 4oul bykonon more safer for you,” she added.
We finally arrived to centria, we hopped off, the guards did too. We were walking, shop after shop, I just bought a van cleef Alhambra necklace, and Rana bought a packback from MCM. Lol this girl. Fans and paparazzi were almost everywhere.
“Ana t3bt,” Rana said.
“Al3b 3laik lw gltlk el3ks,” I said.
“Njls?” Rana said.
We went to a restaurant,
The guy gave us menus,
“I will go with water and tea,” i said to the garçon
“Me too,” Rana said.
We closed the menu and he took them.
My phone rang I looked at the ID caller, he was my father.
“Alo hala baba,” I said
“Hala yubba shlonk?” He Said
“B5air, what about you?” I said
“7amdellah, ha yubba mta t5l9een?” He said.
I looked at my watch and said,
“An hour and a half maybe?”
“Est3jli yubba 3shan ma t3lgeen m3 z7mt elmadars,” he said
“Okay,” I said.
“Mabi a6wl 3laik, Yallah yubba m3 eslammah” he said
“M3 eslammah,” I said and hung up.
“Awl marh a6l3 l,hl wgt,” Rana said
“Sory for that,” I said

“Yallah nshrb tea w n6l3,” Rana said.
“L7'6aa,” I said
“Essam,” I called one of the guards.
“Yes ma'am?” He said.
“Don't let anyone to come to me for any reason please,” I ordered him, in a strict way.
“Okay ma'am,” he said and left
“A39ab leeh k4a wsh swa lk,” Rana said.
“L2n lazm k4aa, e4a swait nfsi m39ba they do the job better (;” I said
“Ya shdeeeed,” she said and we both laughed.
I took out my phone to snapchat, before I did that I said “Rana add me on snapchat, L*****”
“Okay l7'6a,” she said, after she added me, we took a "selfie" together. I wrote "having a cup of tea with lovely Rana❤️”
I added it to my story, and locked back my phone.
We talked, drank our tea, then left the place to the abaya's place.
We hopped off, when we entered the boutique; it was FULL of people, they were about 60? I really didn't count them.
“The hell!” I said.
“Aish ha4a,” Rana said.
I just turned around and rushed to the car, I thought Rana followed but she really didn't.

Enjoy ❤️

--
“Whats wrong?” He said.
“Nothing,” I said
“Are you sure?” He said.
I nodded.
“Okay, if you need anything i will be with the men.” He said
How cute, I guess?

I sat next to aunt Muneera, I was so tired and I needed to sleep. All of them were hyper as shit. I yawned a bit maybe couple of times, aunt muneera turned to me and said, “etha feek noum ru7i nami.”
“No I'm fine,” I said as I yawned. Who are you kidding Lily.
“LILLLLLYYYY,” hala loud voice made me panic and jump from my place.
“god!! What” I said.
“Come come see,” she said in excitment.
I rushed to her and sat after I pushed Haya.
“5aaaaair mkaaaani” Haya said
“Ops! But I'm elder,” I said and giggled.
“Bzr,” she said. And we all laughed.
“Shoufi Lily!!!!” Hala said
“aish Feek, snapchat Hatha shfeeh,” I said
“Kl those chats ys2loon 3nkk!!” She said.
she opened one of the chats and it was written in Arabic, and I couldn't read it.
“Hala, I don't read Arabic,” I said feeling ashamed.
”oh, mktoob "amanah haloola nbi nshoofhaa,” hala said after she read the text.
“Oh!!” I said
“Do you mind?” She asked.
“I don't! But I can't meet everyone it's hard, you know I need guards with me to every shit I go to,” I said.
“Listen, I'm throwing a graduation party in a week,” hala said
“Okay, I will see them in the party bs” I said.
“Okay, I love you” she said and gave me a tight side hug. I hugged her back and said “I love you too.”
It really feels so good having a younger sister, or let me say sisters in general. Hala and Farah are the best, they're so nice and amazing with me since the first hour I met them. Aunt muneera is also nice, she's not mean at all like I thought at first. I guess I'm just pleased.
“Hey, let snapchat together, and annoy others,” Farah said.
“Yalaaaah,” all the girls said, including Rana.
“Hey snapchat, 7na elyoum mjtm3een k2n ma wrana dwam bukraaaa,” Farah said as soon as she started the video.
“Kl wa7d ytklm 3n nfsa please,” Rana, and Anfal said as soon as they heard Farah saying “wrana dwam bukra"
“Lily say something to my snapchat,” hala said.
“Oh hi hala's snapchat,” I said and giggled.
“'67kt'ha r8ee8a ya jma3aaa, malt 3ali” afnan said while snap-chatting.
“Lily, b9wr snapchat now, enti gouli enk btjeen my party please,” hala said.
“Okay... But why” I asked
“Cause if everyone knew you're coming byjoon w mara7 at7sf 3la el7maas w t3bna ma yroo7 hba2, plus say that they must show their card gbl yd5loon,” hala said.
“Okay...” I said. “Mta hy?” I asked
“Next Friday,”
“Hi hala's snapchat, you all must attend to hala's graduation party by next Friday, I need to see you all.” I said and the 10 seconds were over. “Wa7d Thani,” I said.
“Yallah,” she said.
“You must show your invitation cards to the guards by the door, hope to see you, bye” I said and 10 seconds were over again.
“Thaaaank youuuu,” she said and kissed my left cheek.
“You're more than welcome; and I need to talk to you when we go up.” I said in whispers.
“Okay,” she said
“Farah too,” I added. She nodded.
We sat and chatted, laughed, giggled. They're all nice. By 10 everyone was gone, my dad came to sit with us, I sat next to my father, and lied my head on his shoulder. We were talking until Abdulaziz cut is off, “salaam,” he said and kissed his parents foreheads.
“W 3laikom eslam,” we all said.
“Yumma, bukra byjon el3yal feeh mubarat,” Abdulaziz said.
“Abshr yumma, Bgoulhom yn'6fonlk dewaniya,” aunt muneera said
“Ma tg9reeen,” he said
“Ana bshoof m3koom,” Saleh said
“enthbr bs,” Abdulaziz said.
“7ram 3laik ya 3ziz, bzr trah,” dad said
“Yubba l2nh bzr mabeeh,” Abdulaziz said.
“Baba ma y5leeni ashoof abd Ana a7b kora,” Saleh said.
“Wla yhmk baba, Ana bukra ash'3lk kora w nshof m3 b3'6.” My dad said.
“Barca w Manchester?” Farah said.
“Ee,” Abdulaziz said.
“Really, not today?” I asked.
“No, it's tomorrow by 8 PM.” Abdulaziz said.
“Cool,” I said
“Baba,” I whispered to my dad.
“Sammy,” he said.
“Rana said, she wants to take me out for breakfast tomorrow,” I said
“Go, but tell me before you leave so I can call the guards,” he said.
“Hmm okay,” I said, “thank you,” I added.
“Lily,” hala said
“Call me, lulu or Lil,” I said. When I said lulu my dad smiled widely.
I swear my dad's smile worths billion and zillion dollars to me. I would die just to see it, even if the wrinkles of aging and tiredness shows whenever he smiles.
“6ayb ya Lulu,” hala said
“Hmmm” I said
“3ndk shay bukra bl,lail?” She asked
“No plans yet, why?” I asked
“Abeek tjeen m3aay km m7l, pleaseeeeeeeeeee” she begged
“Okay,” and I looked at my father. He just nodded.
“Bs tell me the exact time,” u said
“6:30,” she said.
“Okay, no problems,” I said
“Ops hala, but I'm joining,” Farah said.
“Nshbaaaaaaa,” hala said
We all laughed.
Speaking of my family, I never believed that people change until I saw them after 10 years.
“Yallah kl wa7d 3la sreeerh, bukra mdrsa” aunt muneera said.
“Mama la please knt nasya,” Farah said.
“Agoul bs Yallah, Mali 5lg bukra agwmkom,” aunt muneera.
“Thank god I finished school 9ra7a,” I said.
“Enti eskti bs!!!” Hala said
“Hala w faroo7 tboon bukra awdeekom? 6al3 mbkrrr Ana,” Abdulaziz said, as he winked.
“Eeeeeee,” they both said.
“Ana 6:15 bsyarah ely ma yjee broo7 3nh,” Abdulaziz said.
“Ana aje?” Saleh asked
“Ya laaaail, leeh ga6 wjh?” Farah said.
Saleh's eyes got drowned with tears, before he burst out crying I said, “I will take you to school tomorrow, leave them alone.”
“Really?” He looked at me, and I nodded, he ran and hugged me so tight.
“thank you thank you,” he said.
“when your school starts?” I asked.
“7 AM,” he said.
“Okay,” I said.
“Yubba lulu ma 3laik mnh, Ana awdeeh w Ana ray7 edwam,” dad said.
“Lil ma yn36a wjh traaa,” Farah said
“I'm fine with it, leeh m39been?” I said.
“Bkaifk Ana gltlk w enti ma tsm3een,” Farah said
“Swi ely yry7k yubba,” dad said. I kissed his forehead.
“Ana broo7 anam,” hala said.
“7ta Ana,” Farah said
“W Ana b3d,” Abdulaziz said too.
“Shsalfatkom, nazl 3laikom wa7i?” Aunt muneera said.
“Nmna bdri ma 3jbkom w mt25r b3d ma 3jbkom,” Farah said
“Rou7i bs,” aunt muneera said.
They all left, it was only me, baba, Saleh, and aunt muneera left.
“Ha kaif elyoum,” baba said
“7amdellah,” I said, “bs t3b,” I added.
“3adi awl marh akeed w twk jaya mn safr,” my dad said.
“Allah y9l7k ya 9aloo7 laish tnam hena,” aunt muneera complained.
“Ma 3laik Ana asheela,” my dad said as he stood up.
“Allah ys'hl 3laaik,” aunt muneera said.
“Good night,” I said, as I kissed my dad and aunt muneera, i really didn't mean to kiss her. I backed off as soon as I realised I shouldn't do that; she just smiled and said, “t9b7een 3la 5air.”
I ran to my room, as soon as I opened the door I found cupcakes and a wrapped gift, and a letter was lied next to them. I rushed to my bed, I looked at the cupcakes, then I took the letter to read it.
Welcome to your second home Lily, we hope you have a wonderful time. We love you!
Your siblings,
Abdulaziz, Hala, Farah, and Saleh.”
awww how cute. again readers, I'm really blessed with them.
I felt the door moved, I turned around and I found them standing by the door. I went to them and said, “you guys are the best wallah,” and I hugged the first one was front of me, she was Farah. She hugged me back, then I hugged Hala, when it came to Abdulaziz, he stared at me for a second, and I opened my arms, and hugged him so tight. He hugged me back.
“I really don't know what to say, I'm so speechless. I'm so glad that I have siblings like you. It's just day one, and I'm just too happy to be here.” I said.
“5la9 3aad bla 9ya7, trana e5waan,” Abdulaziz said. I wiped my tears and giggled.
“Yallah hala w Farah bukra 3ndkkm madrsaaa,” Abdulaziz said.
“Antom ma t5lon elwa7s yfr7 enh nasi tjoun t4kroona?” Farah said.
“Thank god I graduated,” I said.
“Bara baitna ma 3ndna nas yg3doon yghrooni,” Farah said
“Rou7o 3n wjhi bs,” Abdulaziz said and left the room.
I yawned, and hala said “5la9 lets all go to sleep, good night.”
“Good night,” I said. they left and closed the door. I changed to comfy shorts and tank top. It's burning here!!!
I laid on my bed and took my phone out, I texted Rana,
"I'm coming tomorrow,"
About 2 minuets later she texted back,
"Sounds great!! Gonna pick you up by 8:30,"
"I will be on time,"
"Wear heels for tomorrow my abaya is so long,"
"Oh yeah, I must go to get me one,"
"No probs, after breakfast we will get you one,"
"That's good, good night"
"Good night,"
After I read her text I called my mom. By the 5th ring she picked it up
“Hey Maman," I said
“Hey, ma chérie” she said, “how are you doing,” she asked.
Translation: sweetie.
“I'm fine, what about you?” I said
“I'm working, I'm so stressed out,” she said
“Mom take a break you really need one,” I said
“When you come back I will, it's hard that both of us take a break,” she said.
“Mom, I miss you so much” I said
“I miss you more, when are you coming back?” She asked
“I didn't book a ticket yet,” I said
“Do they treat you good there?” She sled in worries.
“Mom they're more than amazing, they don't treat me differently, they've changed so much,” I said
“That sounds good,” she said.
“Mom I need to sleep, good night” I said
“Good night,” she said, “sleep tightly,” she added. We both flied kissed and hung up. Afterwards I took the gift they gave me and wrapped it off, it was a square chopard earrings, they're so damn great, I really loved them, I've always wanted them, but I never got the chance to have my hands on them.
I smiled and took a picture of it and sent to my mom and wrote "look what they got me, the earrings I've always wanted,” and I locked my phone, plugged it to the charger, sat an alarm at 5:45 am and drifted to a deep sleep.

--

The next day I woke up, on the sound of the alarm. I closed it and pulled myself to take a shower. After I took a shower I wore a pair of black leggings and a maroon cropped top. I matched them with maroon nike AirForce; I also applied a little of makeup. Then For a second I realized I don't have abaya. I left my room and Farah's I knocked the door twice and she said “meeeen”
“It's Lil” I said
“Come in,”
And I stepped into her room.
“Good morning,” I said with a smile
“Good morning,” she replied as she pulled her hair into a ponytail.
“Listen Farah, do you have an extra abaya?” I asked. I was really shy
“Yeah akeed,” she said.
“can I borrow it please? I need to take Saleh to school as I promised but I don't have one,” I Said.
“For sure,” she said. She went to her closet, took an abaya and gave it to me. It was beige and black.
“Thank you thank you so much, you really saved my life,” I said and gave her a quick hug.
“You're more than welcome at anytime,” she said.
I left her room, and I went downstairs after I took my phone.
I found my dad reading a newspaper.
“Morning daddy,” I said as I kissed his cheek.
“9ba7 el5air ya 3youn baba,” he said. “Leeh 9a7yaa?”
“I will take Saleh to school,” I said, “by the way did you see him?” I asked.
“Ymkn yf6r shoufeeh,” he said. When I stood up to look for him; he came.
“E6ayb 3nd 4krh,” baba said.
“Good morning Saleh,” I said
“Good morning,” he said, “kent a7sbki nayma,” he added.
“I promised and I'm keeping my promise,” I said.
“Yallah let's go,” he said as he held my hand with his tiny one.
“T3al ya 9loo7 Allah y9l7k, ma klat shay,” daddy said.
“Youh, Yallah let's get you a sandwich and go we are late,” he said.
He pulled me to the kitchen and said, “Merry, make a sandwich for Lily,” he said and turned to me, “do you want coffee or tea or milk?”
“I'm fine with black coffee,” I said
“And black coffee merry, bsr3a t25rt,” he said.
“Saleh we are not late, it's not 6;30 yet,” I said.
“z7ma barra,” he said. “Yhawshooni lma at25r,” he continued in worries.
“Don't worry, they can't say anything as long as I'm with you,” I said.
“Wallah 9dg?” He said, his puppy eyes made me wanna eat him. He's so adorable.
“Wallah,” I said.
“Here's your sandwich ma'am, and your coffee,” Merry said.
“Thank you so much,” I said. We both smiled.
“Let's go?” I said.
“Yallah,” he ran to the living room and took his packback.
“Bye baba,” we both yelled out.
“Allah y7f'6kom,” baba said. Aunt muneera is still sleeping i think.
We hopped in the car, and the maid hopped in too.
“Anwar, rou7 mdrsa,” Saleh said.
“Ma feeh farooha w hala?” He said.
I remember anwar.
“Laa, Yallah bsr3a” Saleh said
“Hi anwar, tt4krni? Ana Lily awl jeet,” I said
“Ana fe m3loom enta, leeh ma feeh yje mn zman,” he said.
“Feeh shu'3l ma agdr aje, sh5bark anwar,”
“Ana fe kwais, enta kwais?”
“Ana kwais,” I said
Anwar was my grandpa driver since forever but now he works for my dad too.
“Saleh, you're in 2nd grade right?” I asked and Saleh nodded.
“Anti which grade,” he asked. “I don't study I work,” I said
“Nfs 3ziz ma 3ndk homework,” he said. I shook my head no.
“Cool, wain enti tro7een wain you work?” He asked.
“I don't work in Riyadh I work back in Australia,” I said
“Can I come and see?” He said
“For sure,” I said
We talked until we arrived.
“5l9t esa3a 7:00 9art 7:15 I'm late ya waili, I told you we will be late” saleh said.
“I will take you to your class, don't worry,” I said.
We hopped off the car, and 2 guards hopped off from their car.
“You can wait outside I will be fine,” I said.
“Meen hathoul?” Saleh asked
“Lma trj3 agoulk,” I said. It's really hard to explain such a thing to a 8 years old boy.
we entered his school, a teacher was standing, I took off my sunglasses to show respect.
“Saleh, leeh tt25r, Yallah bsr3a,” the teacher said.
He looked at me then I said, “I'm sorry, it's my fault I made him late,”
“Men enti?” She asked.
“Hathi...” I cutted Saleh before he completes his sentence, “I'm Saleh's elder sister,”
“Anti Farah?” She asked
Bitch we might look a bit a like but Farah's doesn't have blonde hair, nor blue eyes.
“No, I'm Lily,” I said.
“Anti Lily alflani????” She asked.
“Hm yeah obviously..” I said. “Anyways let him go to his class, and don't tell him anything whenever he's late,” I said.
“Good-bye Saleh,” I said as I turned to him.
“Bye Lily,” he said and ran to his class.
I wore back my Miu Miu shades and went to the car. I hopped in just like a queen.
“Anwar, bait,” I said.
“Okay,” and he drove back home.

Shining étoile (4)

Enjoy❤️

--

“Take care, Je t'aime” she said
Translation: I love you
“I do too,” I said and gave her a fly kiss through the phone as she did too, and hung up.

I stepped into the guests room, it was almost full with women who are covering their heads due to the men, and other didn't.
“elsalamu 3laikom,” I said.
“W 3laikom eslam,” almost everyone said.
I shook hands with every single one. I kissed both cheeks for women, uncles, and grandparents. My father called me to sit next to him, and I did.
“Do you remember everyone?” Dad asked.
“Not really, just grandparents, and uncle abdullah, and mmm uncle Jassem.” I said. “And yeah I remember aunties. All of them.” I added.
Everyone was staring at me in a weird way, I really didn't feel comfortable, I need to leave this place.
My phone vibrate and saved my life, I looked down at the screen, and it was a text from unknown Saudi number.
"We are coming, hope we see you, -Rana&Ali" Idk why but I found it cute. I smiled and replied, "I'll be waiting, too excited to see you guys xx"
"Lily,” someone called my name, I raised my head and she was Hala, “come faster,” she said. I stood up and went to her, she was standing by the door, and walking to her made me walk through the whole room. It feels awkward knowing that everyone is staring at you, and whispering. Hala pulled me as soon as I stopped front of her.
“Don't you ever sit here in family gatherings, I know what they think of you,” she said.
“Okay,” I said as I twisted my brows.
We went to another room, it was colorful, probably it was for their friends gathering I bet. It was full of girls that I should call "cousins"
“Shtboun a6rbkom feeh?” one of them said as I sat down.
“Nbi 3rbii Allah y5leeeeek,” another girl said.
They were about 8 girls.
“Nbi rab77 pleasee” an elder girl said.
“Jwkkkkkkkkkkkkkk Afnan, w3” Farah said.
“Nbi waleed,” Farah added.
“Shrayekom n5lee Lily t5tar 3aib 3leena elbnt awl marh tjls m3na,” a girl said. She looked familiar but I couldn't remember who is she.
“Ee 97, Lily choose a song,” the "dj girl" said.
“I really don't have a good taste in music, and I only hear English.” I said.
“That's fine, choose,” dj girl said.
“Mmmmm,” and I stayed for about 10 seconds thinking, “who run the world, by Beyoncé? Or applause by Lady gaga, those are the only pop music in mind right now,” I said with giggles.
“I like the lady gaga,” Hala said.
“Lily, may I ask you a question?” One of them said.
“Yeah sure,” I said.
“do you remember any of us?” She said.
“Not really, most of you look familiar but I don't remember your names,” I said
“Oh,” she said. “Let me introduce us,” she added. “I'm Haya, and this is Mai, and this one is Maha, they're sisters, this is Anfal, this is afnan, and this is Lina,” she said. “And those I bet you know them, Farah and hala.” She added.
With every name she said, I remember them, it feels that someone is cleaning a dust from my memory, with every name she said, flashback hit me, childhood memories In Saudi were the worst. I remember Farah throwing some toys on me, and afnan pushing me from up the stairs. How misrable.
“Nice to meet you all,” I said. And we all smiled. They started to talk about their school, university and I was lost.
“Amanah Fahad o5o Sarah!!!!! Twni adri” Anfal said.
“Ya tbn g9ri 9ootk,” Hala said.
someone knocked the door, we all turned. That girl didn't look familiar at all,
“Ahlnnnn, 5air twk tjeen,” Farah said.
“Eskti jaya m3 el7ub akeed btt25r,” Anfal said and they all laughed
“Kolo zg, z7mt Riyadh wsh ttw83ooon!” That girl said.
“Agoul Rana la trg3eeeeeen” afnan said.
So she was Rana, she was so beautiful, tall, and elegant.
She came in and said hi to all of them, and when it was my turn, she said “you're lily?”
“Yeah...” I said.
“How are you?” She said. And her beautiful pearly teeth showed when she smiled that cutie smile.
“I'm fine, how about you?” I said.
“I'm good,” she said and sat down after we shook hands and kissed cheeks.
“Mta elakl?????? Mt jooo3!!!” Haya said.
“Glbi gdamk el,chips, w chocolate, kleeh” Hala said.
“Haya fshlteena 3nd Lily elbnt km laha ma shaftk, erkdi,” afnan Said.
I laughed.
“Afnan Allah ya54k tfhm 3rbi,” hala said.
“Amanaaaaah, leeh twni adri, mn youmi bzr a7sbha ma tr6n ela 3nglaaaiz” afnan said and I burst out laughing.
“Je parle français aussi,” I said.
Everyone looked at me with a question mark on their face.
“I said, I speak French too,” I said.
“Olalalaa” Anfal said. “Teach us,” she added.
“I'm a bad teacher but I can try,” I said.
Suddenly someone knocked the door, we turned and it was one of the maids.
“hala, mama says it lunch time,” the maid said.
“Ja elfaaaaaarjjjjjj ya sa3dddddd." Farah said
They all left and it was only me and Rana.
“Rana,"” I said
“Hala,” she said
“You're so beautiful mashallah,” I said.
She blushed and said “thank you, and you too,”
“Hey Lily,” Rana said.
“Yes?”
“What are your plans for tomorrow?” She asked
“I don't have any yet.” I said, “why?” I asked
“I was planning to pick you up at the morning and we go for breakfast then roam around Riyadh, I bet you miss Riyadh,” she said.
“Yeah I really miss Riyadh, Okay no problem, but I have one problem,” I said “actually two,” I added
“What are they?” She asked
“First I don't have 3baya,” I said
“I can give you one, and tomorrow we can buy another one, what about the another problem?” She asked
“I think I can't go out in a public place without guards, you know for some privacy policies.” I said feeling a bit awkward.
“That's fine. We won't go to a crowded place.” She said, “or you can bring your guards with you I really don't mind,” she added.
“Okay I will ask my father first,” I said.
“Okay, then text me on the number I texted you from today,” she said
“Okay,” I said and we entered the dining room.
“Lily yumma waink, 3la Bali '6y3ti,” aunt muneera (step mom) said.
“Hahaha la t5afeen 5alti, knt asolf m3 Rana bs” I said.
Everyone eyes popped out when I spoke fluent Arabic.
“T3ali ejlsi 5l a76lk, akeed enk ju3ana,” aunt muneera said.
I sat next to her, she filled my plate with all kind of food.
“Smi Bellah w ebdi,” she said

“wsho yumma ma afhm hly tgoulenh shwy shwy,” she said

“Yumma Lily wsh hl,akl, sal6a w ma kmlteeha b3d,” aunt Amal said.
“Ya lail wallah Ana ely mob Lily mlait, keefha mama elbnt t7af'6 3la jsmha mo lazm takl,” Farah said.
“Baba byd5l ya jma3a,” hala said.
Most of the women including Rana wore their 7jab.
“slaam,” baba said as soon as he came in.
“W 3laikom eslam,” all of us said.
“3bdalelah t3al shf bntk mo ra'9ya takl,” Aunt Omniya said(his sister)
“Afaa," he said and came to me.
“Shfeek baba ma takleen?” He asked. “Ma 3jbk el,akl agoulhom yswoon lk shay Thani?” He added.
“No no, I really like the food,” I said

He sat on the chair and pulled me sit on his lap, I laughed and kissed his cheek.
“Ooaaaaaaaaaah” all of them said

“Lily b9wrkom amanaaaaaaah,” hala said.

“Snap chat 6aybbb?” Anfal said
“Akeed nfs eshay tra” I said.
“5lu et9weer 3nkom,” baba said
“54e kuli,” he added. And started to feed me.
“Baba walah mo gadra akl bs,” I said
“Ttdl3 foug 4a edl3 b3ddd,” aunt amenah said.
“Oboha w mn zman mo shayfhaa 5l ttdl3,” my dad said as he kissed my cheek and my cheeks went red.
“Ana a'3aaaaaaaaaaaar,” Farah said
“Heebat elwald 6arttt,” hala said.
“Ya bnat el,l4eeena, Ana ma adl3kom?” Aunt muneera said
“Yummaaaa anti '3air w baba '3aair,” Farah said.
“Farah hala, lw Ana mkankom az3lll w ma ar'6a ela b,Cartier.” Afnan said
“La tshysheeen bnati 3aaliii,” dad said
“KFOOOO afnan, awl marh tgoulen shay mufeed.” Farah said.
I laughed, “I'm the eldest daughter, lazm yswii k4aaa,” I said

“A7777 twg3t tra'6eeena,” hala said
“Ely yr'6a bnfsa yz3l bnfsa,” I said
Suddenly my dad's phone rang and he whispered to me, “Lily come with me,” he said.
My dad barely speaks English with me, unless it's something important and serious.
We stood up and left the dining room.
He picked up his phone and said “she's here,” he gave me the phone
“Yes?” I said
“Lily what's wrong why aren't you answering your phone?” It was my moms voice.
“Maman, I'm fine. I just didn't hear my phone.” I said
“Next time check it every hour please,” she said. “You scared the shit out of me I couldn't sleep,” she added
“I'm sorry mom,” I said
I never knew she cared that much.
“I'm going to work, take care,” she said
“You too, je t'aime,” I said
“Je t'aime trop,” she said.
I hung up and gave my dad the phone. I choke back my tears.
“Whats wrong?” My dad asked.
“Nothing,” I said
“I promise everything will be alright,” he said comforting me.
“I know,” I said.
“Yallah Ana ray7 l,3mank, tbeen shay luluwat glbi?” He said
“Baba I love you so much,” I said as I hugged him so tight. He rubbed my back.
“Bye,” I said and I went back to the ladies and sat in my place.
Aunt muneera whispered to me “feekom shay?”
I shook my head no. I didn't want to speak because I know if I did I will cry.
After they finished eating, they all gathered in one place, and I was so quiet.
Hala came and sat next to me,
“Lily whats wrong? Is anyone bothering or annoying you?” She asked
“Hala I just don't want to talk about it,” I said
“As you like, but if you feel like talking you should know that I'm always here,” she said.
I swallowed and thanked her.
After a while I stood up and I went to the bathroom, I found Ali texting in the hall way, the sound of my shoes stole his attention.
“Oh Lily, how are you?” He said as soon as he saw me.
“I'm fine, what about you?” I said.
“I'm good,” he said. “Ha 3sa ahli 3jbook? W Rana ahm shay.” He said
It's not a good time for talking ali.
“Theyre all nice,” I said. Imanaged not to talk so much so I don't cry.
“Nice to see you again, by the way.” He said
“Nice to see you too,” I said. He smiled and walked away.
I ran upstairs to my room, and I popped by someone.
“Im sorry I'm so sorry,” I said and looked up at that huge figure.
“3adi bs rkzi, ya Lily.” He said
“Sorry but I really don't don't know who are you,” i said.
“I'm your brother, Abdulaziz,” he said
“Oh hi.” I said
“Hi,” he said as he smirked.
I smiled and ran to my room.
“Shwy shwy la t6ee7en,” he yelled out.
I slammed the door and burst out crying, I locked the door and lied on my bed. About 3 minuets later someone knocked the door.
“Lily feek shay??? Lily open the door,” hala said.
I didn't reply, I didn't want anyone to know that I'm crying.
“Lily please open the door, please.” Farah said.
“Lily tbeen obok?” Aunt muneera said.
I didn't reply to any of them.
“Lily please, at least Rdi bs!!” Hala said.
“I don't want to talk please,” I said, in a very low tone.
I really can't handle it here. They're so different.
About 30 minuets later, I washed my face, fixed my makeup and went downstairs, before I go inside I found Abdulaziz talking on the phone, when he saw me he said, “Lily wait.”
I waited for him until he hung up.
He came to me and said, “is anyone bothering you?”
“No," o said
“Whats wrong?” He said.
“Nothing,” I said
“Are you sure?” He said.
I nodded.
“Okay, if you need anything i will be with the men.” He said
How cute, I guess?

Shining ètoile (3)

Sorry for the delay!!
--

“Ms Ronaldo, I am going to do this,” Ali said. He was very serious.
I gave him the “what the fuck,” look.
“Thank you thank you,” my mom said.
I was beyond shocked I really couldn't say anything, and when I finally decided to speak, we arrived. The driver opened the door, Ali hopped out first then helped me hopping out of the car. Flashes were everywhere, fans were yelling in excitment. My body shivered when Ali wrapped his right arm around me, and kissed the crown of my head. I faked smiles.
We walked inside the hall, and Ali was still wrapping his arm around me. I couldn't really look at him. I was shocked. My mom was happy yet nervous. We finally sat on the first row, mom, me then Ali next to me.
Ten minuets before the show starts Ali's phone rang. He looked at the caller ID and placed it back in his pocket. It rang several of times later but he just never picked it up. Finally the show started, gowns were breath-taking. Overalls made me wanna die, I can't wait to get me one for the summer. And those heels, I seriously need to get me one of them, or maybe all of them, why not? I really loved the show this time.
After the show, some magazines came to interview us, (me, mama and Ali this time)
Magazine host asked Ali “so what's your name?”
“Alex Ryan” Ali said.
Lol nice one Ali.
“and since when you guys are together?” Magazine asked.
“almost 2 months.”
“Why you were out of lights, Mr. Ryan?” He asked Ali.
“I was out of town lately,” Ali lied once again.
“And where are you from?” He asked
“I'm Canadian,” Ali said.
I pulled Ali and we walked away.
”Ali la trd ktheer please,” I said between my teeth.
“Leeh?” He asked.
“Just don't please,” I said.

On our way back home, I didn't want to speak. Suddenly my phone rang, he was my dad. I picked it up so fast.
“Hala baba,” I said.
“LILY WHAT YOU DID WITH ALI)?” He was so pissed. “HE'S ENGAGED AND I BET YOU KNOW THAT.” He added.
“Dad I really can explain, please give me a second!!” I said, frightened.
“AND WHY HE IS NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE?” He yelled once again.
I threw my phone on Ali “talk to baba bsr3aa,” I said.
As soon as he placed it on his ear, my dad started to yell.
“3ami esm3ni Allah y5leek,” he said
“3ami Rana Ana a3rflha la t7ati,” he said.
“3ami wallah mo beedna, kl Enas 3,balhom enna couples w 3shan sum3t bntk swait k4a,” Ali said
“La ya 3amii ely swaita 97,” he said
“Abshr bukra arj3 3la agrb 6yara,” he said
“M3 eslamah,” and he hung up, and threw the phone on me.
we went all silent again.
I decided to break the silence, “I'm sorry for what happened,”I said. “Really Ali I'm sorry, mfru'9 ma 7nait 3laik tjee..” I added.
“79l 5air,” he said, without even looking at me.
“Can you drop me at my hotel please?” He asked.
“Sure,” my mother replied
We dropped him by his hotel, and went home. I didn't talk to my mom. As soon as we arrived home I ran to my room and jumped on my bed, not bothering myself to even change my clothes nor taking off my heels. I just fell asleep as soon as I closed my eyes.
“Lily wake up,” I heard my mother's voice before I open my eyes. I opened my eyes and it was morning already.
“Mom, I don't want to talk to you.” I said.
“Ali is waiting for you downstairs,” she said.
“Neither him,” I said and covered my face with the blanket.
“Please Lily,” she begged.
“Mom, don't you both realize what you did yesterday?” I said.
I heard a knock on my door. My mom turned and he was Ali.
“Good morning,” he said. “Lily, can I talk to you privately please?” He added.
“Okay I'm leaving,” my mom said and left my room. Ali sat on the edge of my bed.
“I understand that you don't want to talk to me, and you hate me so much at the moment. However, I just wanted to say, that I talked to your father, I explained, and he understood, and he's not blaming you. I also talked to Rana but she said she wants to talk to you, can you please?” He said.
I let a sigh out and nodded. He took his phone out of his pocket and dialed her number.
“Hala Rana,"
“Ee 5theeha,” and he handed me the phone.
“Hi,” I said as soon as I placed the phone on my ear.
“How are you?” She said. She was very serious.
“Im fine, how about you?” I said.
“I'm good,” she said. “Lily, can I ask you something?” She asked.
“Sure,” I said, and almost 100% sure about what she's going to ask me about.
“9dg enti ma knti tbeen ely 9ar?” She asked.
“yeah, wallah but it wasn't in my hand. I was shocked.” I said.
“Mmm, okay thank you,” She said.
“Hey Rana listen,” I said.
“Hala?” She said.
“Im sorry about what happened. I can guarantee you and promise you that I will never talk to him again. I just don't want to cause problems between you guys. He's such a great guy and you're an amazing girl. You meant to be together, mabi Akoon esbb ely yfrg bainkom,” I said.
“You're so sweet, ma tg9reen bs mu 3la I don't want you to talk to him. Bs enti 3arfa our religion  and cultures.” She said.
“I know, And thank you for understanding.” I said
“Yallah I need to leave, bye,” she said
“Bye,” she hung up And I gave the phone back to Ali.
“Thank you Ali,” I said.
“No problem,” he said.
“When are you leaving?” I asked.
“I'm heading to the airport in 5 hours,” he said.
“That's cool,” I said.
“Btjeen Saudi?” He asked
“Hmm I think so, I really don't Know,” I said.
“I hope I see you soon,” he said as he stood up leaving my room.
“Have a safe flight,” I said as I smiled.
“Thank you, bye,” he said and left.
I rested my head back on my pillow, I closed my eyes and my phone suddenly rang. I picked it up, he was my dad.
“Hi..” I said.
“Lily, how are you?” He said
“I'm good,” I took a deep breath and add “I guess.”
“7amdellah, I just wanted to apologize about what I did yesterday, even if it was so wrong, I shouldn't have blamed you, you're raised in that way, Ana mn elbdaya '3l6an ely 5laitk 3nd omk, mfroo'9 a54k w awjhk 3,97 w el'3l6. Sam7eeni ya bnti,” he said in a cracked voice.
“Daddy, don't you ever apologise to me. You're my dad no matter what, you have the right to tell me anything. And about me living with my mother, it's fine dad, it's never was your fault, you wanted the best for me, and what will make me happy.” I said.
“I really miss you lulu, I really do. Please t3aly Ana ma agdr ajeek.” He said.
“Inshallah, I will book a flight now.” I said.
#my father calls me lulu, cause he think it's just cuter than Lily.#
“Baba lazm askr, I need to pack,” I said
“Yallah yba m3 eslamah w entbhi lnfsk.” He said
“Byeeee, I love you,” I said and I hung up.

--

“Welcome home,” my father said as soon as he saw me. I hugged him tight I miss him so much.
Riyadh's burning weather on the mid of July. No one knows how much I miss Riyadh.
As soon as we hopped in the car my father asked me “Lily, where's your abaya?”
“Aa, I really don't have one.” I said.
“Why?? You know the culture here,” he said.
“Dad!!! You know that I can't find any abaya in Australia.” I said.
“Allah y9l7k,” he said and drove off.
The whole ride, was fill with laughs and giggles. God! No one knows how much I miss him.
Living far away from your father kills, it really does. Everything seems harder, and terrifying. Those sleepless nights I get, I've always imagined him next to me so I can feel safe. No matter how much money I have, I still need him by my side. Since my parents got divorced, almost 12 years ago, I was maybe 11 years old, my life turned upside down, my mother stopped caring about me, the nanny used to do everything, my mother just gave me the money I needed. Since that, no one attended to any of my school's parents conference, no one came to see my play for the drama class. Oh and my graduation? My father was late, my mother left as soon as my father came. We really didn't have that 'graduation family photo.' You see how hard is it living away from you father, and with a busy mother?

I tiptoed to my father's house, that big villa, with almost all kind of luxury, fancy cars are parked, and that huge fountain that almost hid the main entrance of the villa, “welcome home,” he said. I just smiled. We entered the villa, those big ceramics on the floor, were so clean and shiny, ornately marbles on the ceiling, all down to the floor. How fancy. A lady in her 40s came, with a 2 teenage girls and a little boy,
“Halla halla wallah,” she said. She didn't seem that nice, I don't know but I didn't felt comfortable since the second I saw her. “Dieu!” I said in disgust. Lol how mean.
Translation: God!
“Aish baba?” My father asked me.
“Ha nothing,” I said as turned back to the lady and girls.
I extended my hand to shake, but suddenly she pulled me into a hug.
I. Don't. Fucking. Know. You.
“7ya Allah mn janna,” she said as we both backed off and I shook hand with the other two girls. I smiled.
“Sh5bark? 3sa ma t3bti?” She said.
“6ayba,” I said.
“Ha4i zojti, w omk ethaniya Muneera, w ha4ool 5watk, Hala, w Farah, w ha4a o5ok Saleh,” he said.
“Nice to meet you all,” I said with a smile.
He turned to his wife and kids, and he said “atwg3 3rftooha, w '3aniya 3n et3reef.”
“Welcome to your first home 7beebti,” he saaid as he kissed my forehead. We both smiled.
“Golo ll5dam y93doon a'3ra'6ha, Hala rou7i m3 e5tk Wreeha '3urft'ha,” he ordered.
“Inshallah yubba,” she said. Her voice is so cute, and low. I walked with her.
“so how do you feel coming back after that long time,” she asked. Her Canadian accent is so damn good.
“It feels so good.” I said.
“Your name is lily right?” She said.
“Yeah, by the way how old are you?” I asked.
“I'm almost 17,” she said.
“So you're a senior?” I asked
“To be,” she said
When we were walking something caught my attention, a photo of me and my father on my graduation day from the university, it was so big and framed with golden frames. How cute. I stopped for a while and stared on it.
“Oh yeah this is you, my father loves it so much, he has another one in the same day but different position in his office and it's even bigger,” she said.
“comme c'est mignon” I said.
Translation: how cute!
“What?” She said.
“Ah nothing, it's just French,” I said, “and it means how cute,” I added.
“You speak French too! I never knew that.” She said.
“Yeah,” I said.
“T3ali mn hena '3urftk, and the one right next to you, it Farah's, and excuse her stupid songs at 2 am, and the one in the end of the hallway is mine, and this one is Saleh's room, my parents room is downstairs.” She Said. “And yeah, 3ziz's room, our elder brother, is the one front of Saleh's but he's not here yet, he might come by lunch time.” she added.
“How old is he?” I asked.
“26ish something like that,” she said.
My father married their mother like couple of years before my mine. He never mentioned Abdulaziz to me.
“You can have some rest, el'3ada b3d 4 hours, you must come, grandparents, uncles and aunts are coming, and your stuff will be here in,” before she completes her sentence, two maids came holding my lagguage.
“They're here,” she said.
“Thank you, sorry if I bothered you,” I said
“No worries, you really didn't.” she said.
“Ma'am, your stuff are inside, if you need anything please call 677 from the phone, and I will be here,” one of the maids said.
“Thank you,” she said.
They all left, I entered the room, that puffy bed, those white sheets made me feel I wanna sleep for ages. I opened my lagguage I took my towel, and went to the bathroom, I took a relaxing shower, afterwards I wore very comfy shorts, with a tank top and jumped on the bed, I sat an alarm and drifted on a very deep 2 hours. When I woke up, I found my stuff are organized in the closet, and lights were off and I was covered. Who did all that, I pulled my legs to the bathroom and washed my face, brushed my teeth, I stood front of the closet not knowing what to wear, my all the time problem.
where are you Amy, my life saver.
After 15 minuets of just staring, the door got knocked, “who!” I said.
“It's Farah,”
“come in, I really need you,” I said.
“What's wrong?” She said as she came in. She looked at me, and then said “anti mt2kda enk mn 3yal alflani?” She said
“Yes,” I said feeling confused
“You're so white mashallah,” she said.
I laughed, “I've been told since I was 1 day old.” I said.
“Come help me, I really don't know what to wear,” I said.
“Hmmmm let me see,” she looked through my closet, and she finally picked a casual dress that I bought from Zara the other day, it showed my shoulders, and covered my thighs, it was right before my knee.
“This will look elegant on you,” she said.
“Thank you,” I said. “But are uncles fine with short dresses?” I asked.
“Honestly?? No.” she said
“Tst'hbleen Farah? Why did you pick it at first?” I asked.
“I promise ma ygolon lk shay, bs e7na cause we are Saudis, I mean full Saudi” she said.
“Whatever,” I turned it back, and picked a navy jumpsuit, “what do you think?” I said
“Niceeee, 7baita,” she said.
“Thank you,” I said.
“Be fast, grandparents are already here,” she said.
“Okay okay,” I said as she left my room.
I wore my clothes, applied makeup, I just left my hair fall on my shoulders naturally, I really didn't have time for waving it, or straight it, Joseph I need you. I wore my jewelries, and matched my clothes with a pair of summery sandals from Alexander Wang. I took my phone, and went down. Since it will take me at least 5 minuets to reach the living room, I decided to call my mother, it was early morning in Melbourne.
“Hey,” my mother said with sleepy voice
“Désolé, I didn't know you're still sleeping,” I said
Translation of désolé: sorry.
“Hey Lily, it's fine, how are you how is it there, are they bothering you?” She said so fast
“Mom mom, relax, I'm fine, I just wanted to say hi,” I said.
“Thank god!” she said.
“Maman, Tu me manques,” I said and my eyes are filled with tears.
Translation: mom, I miss you
I never knew that I will miss here since I step into this city.
“Chéri, I miss you too,” she said.
Translation: darling.
“Listen mama, I need to go,” I said. I really didn't want to keep the conversation because I know it burst out crying.
“Take care, Je t'aime” she said
Translation: I love you
“I do too,” I said and gave her a fly kiss through the phone as she did too, and hung up.

Too be continued..

FEEEBACKSSS!
